The 30-Day Sleep Better Challenge is a step-by-step guide to helping you transform your sleep habits and improve your sleep quality over the course of 30 days.
It was developed by Sleep Expert, Christine Meyer, for me when I realized that my terrible sleep habits were responsible for my chronic exhaustion and constant moodiness.
I could barely make it through the afternoon without (another) caffeine hit or a quick nap!
We worked together to come up with a plan to improve my sleep habits and avoid the most common (and sneaky!) saboteurs that were interrupting my sleep.
I documented my experience and my results were life-changing! I had so much energy and was so much less snippy with my family.
